"We've added new life to several old-world cocktails," says Bar Manager Andrew Thomas of the restaurant's sophisticated drinks menu. "The clean yet bold flavours in James Privett's dishes inspired us to create a drinks selection to match. Along with the cocktails you'll find dark beers and spirits, and plenty of fine wines. Our aim has been to make the bar a destination in itself!"
